Welcome to Royal Retreat! This family-friendly, three-bedroom home could be your family's new favorite vacation spot. Nestled in Grand Beach and just a 500 feet from the Whitewood Avenue beach, this is sure to be the setting for some favorite memories. Through the front door, the living room provides the gathering space for the whole family and a fireplace to add some charm to late summer nights. An open dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space make dinnertime a breeze. A peek through the opening over the stove makes sure that you never feel far from the fun even while preparing meals. Upstairs, three bedrooms make sleeping arrangements for the whole family a breeze. The main bedroom is huge with a king bed and an additional twin for any additional needs. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a twin and a full bed. A large wrap-around porch and an upper-level deck top off the charm of this home with easy places to relax in the summer sun and enjoy the Lake Michigan breezes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Grand Beach rental

House was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the beach in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of families with small kids and residents walking their dogs. Very safe.

Charming Cottage, Great location

We loved this charming little home. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach, parks, golfing and more. Lots of space for sleeping and fun little yard for playing.

Wonderful Grand Beach Cottage

This cottage was a delightful find, and is a cozy and comfortable getaway, very close to the Beach (which, sadly, has mostly eroded, but still beautiful to sit out at). Between the Beach, and the Park, 2 blocks away, the grandson was always entertained! The Kitchen was modern, and well stocked, the bathrooms were also modern, and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and upscale bedding, and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back!

Vintage Cottage

The pictures did not accurately convey the age, condition, and space in the house. Floors creaked and the utensils in the kitchen were from the 1960s. Parking does not fit two vehicles unless there is creative spacing. Old and musty feel to the place.
