Located in Chaville, Haute-de-Seine, just 44 minutes from the Centre of Paris. It is near The National Forest of Meudon and the Fausses-Reposes Forest. The property is fully furnished with all modern amenities for a wonderful stay. A private balcony gives you extra space to relax outside.

The living space is a great place to relax and dine in, with a large leather sofa with individually reclined seats, and lots of natural sunlight pouring in. The kitchen is small yet amply equipped with the essentials you need to cook, such as an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

The first bedroom is a sun-kissed room featuring a queen-size bed, a small built-in wardrobe, a radiator and hotel-quality linens. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, a small built-in wardrobe, a radiator and hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a washing machine and dryer. It has complimentary fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Chaville is located near the two most visited cities in France and in the world: Paris (13 km) and Versailles (5 km). The town has a remarkable ecological heritage: half of its territory is occupied by forests. Chaville also seduces with its "village spirit" symbolized by its "Heart of the city".

A stone's throw from Paris and Versailles, Chaville seduces first of all by the quality of its environment made up of wooded hillsides, pedestrian and cycle paths.

With 156 hectares of wooded area, half of the municipal territory is covered with forests. Legacy of the hunts of the kings of France, the national forests of Meudon and Fausses Reposes form a remarkable protected natural heritage and source of great biodiversity.

The Mare Adam forest park, the green spaces maintained by the Grand Paris Seine Ouest Territory, as well as numerous private gardens, contribute to this green heritage.

There are two train stations close to the apartment: Chaville Rive Droite (15 minutes by foot) which will take you straight to Versailles, and Chaville Rive Gauche (20 minutes by foot) which will take you to Paris.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
