Scenically situated in the highly desirable neighborhood of Ponderosa, this two-story getaway brings every comfort of home to your next South Fork escape. This spacious home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a main-floor great room that brings together the kitchen, the dining space, and the living room in the light of floor-to-ceiling windows. Toss the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer on this level, pile on the plush sofas as you find something to watch on the Smart TV (using your own streaming accounts), and get started on dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. After a day spent on the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area (20 miles southwest), exploring the historic town of Creede (22 miles northwest), or playing the Rio Grande Club & Resort Golf Course (two miles northeast), you'll have your choice of three bedrooms for a restful night's sleep - one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
