Relax with a beverage around the firepit on the furnished patio, or head inside to relax in the central air conditioning. You'll be able to cook up a delicious dinner in the full kitchen, which is painted in cheerful beach colors just like the rest of the home. Amenities like a private washer/dryer and a desk workspace on the third floor (perfect for remote work or school assignments) make this home a family-friendly retreat perfect for all ages.

Guests are less a quarter mile from the historical John's Pass & Boardwalk at this home, where it's easy to enjoy local restaurants and shopping. Guests can even rent jet skis and hop on a fishing charter! For local food, guests can enjoy The Boardwalk Grill and Mad Beach Craft Brewing within a mile of the home. Don't forget to walk over to the Candy Kitchen for a frozen banana! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
