nice stay with a bitter taste
even if for the most part everything went well in the house, very new and nice, our stay left us with a bitter taste for certain things that did not work or did not work well.
We dreamed of taking a bath under the stars in the jacuzzi on the roof and we reported immediately that the jacuzzi was not working. The person in charge who came was unable to solve the problem, the promised technician never arrived, conclusion the jacuzzi never worked throughout the week.
The first days of our stay the weather was quite cool with lots of clouds and wind, the swimming pool was not heated, the water was very cold, too much for the children, so we were not able to enjoy it neither. The house also has drainage problems with the siphons. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the showers downstairs, the drain from the sink in the kitchen was blocked and that from the shower in the bedroom upstairs too, every time we took the shower the water flooded the room. Considering the very high cost of the house we expected everything to work perfectly and ultimately a gesture of compensation from the owner who did not even deign to respond to our report.
