UNIT 11 - TREETOP 2 BEDROOM VILLA

No Pets allowed. Children are welcome as we are family friendly!
Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and features include a large Master Suite with a Queen bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has approximately 41 steps to the unit.
Please note this unit does not have water frontage or view.

Spring break adventure

Was exactly what was advertised. Was greatful to learn they provided towels,soaps for dishes and clothes,as well as trial size soaps for shower. Loved having access to pool and fishing dock! Only not great part was the amount of stairs to get in your villa. But we survived it!

Unique spot

Unit was clean but showing it's age. Dated furnishings but well taken care of. Maintenance was amazing and thorough. We had some snow and the stairs leading up to the unit were swept and salted twice in 24 hours.

Very Beautiful Property

My friends and I just needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect place! Very Beautiful scenery and the check in/put process was super easy. I will definitely keep this place on my list to revisit!
