The villa Nina, on one level, with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful living room, is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults, its large wooden terrace of about 70m ² will extend your days so pleasantly!

You will feel serene here thanks to the tasteful renovation of the owners who have succeeded in giving a real soul to the house with a trendy style of decoration in which one feels so well.
Villa Nina is certainly a cocoon at all times of the year from January to Christmas!

The composition of the villa :
A very beautiful living room of 30m ² with bay window overlooking the terrace, and 2 windows, is the relaxation area with lounge area, sofa, armchairs, TV, and dining area, just next to the kitchen very comfortable, black and aluminum, spirit glass workshop is fully equipped, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave nespresso, kettle, toaster, it also overlooks the terrace for more facilities for all your moments and meals!
The corridor leads to the bedrooms, one of which has a 160x200 bed with storage, the second has two 90x200 beds, also with storage.
A bathroom with storage and washbasin, as well as a large Italian shower very pleasant, towel dryer, window.
The toilet in the corridor is separate.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, are at your disposal in the laundry room

Activities:
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
You can take advantage of all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Bay!
The little train in front of the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste is obviously waiting for you, or in Gujan, or at the market of La Teste (bring a container if you want to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
