Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa di Viggiano apt #3 walks out to a fenced outdoor plaza with plenty of space to relax before hitting the sites. With tables and 2 grills available for use by all of the cottage renters the plaza is a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen with indoor dining table. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and smart TV. Queen , 2 twins and a pull out queen couch offers plenty of room for 6. Off street parking for convenience of loading and unloading only. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is a video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

Great for boot camp graduation!

We were looking for something with a little more room & comfort than a standard hotel since we were coming from S.C. for my nephew’s boot camp graduation from Camp May. Very convenient to Cape May. Very clean & perfect for our little blended family to unwind after a long road trip. Really enjoyed the outdoor furniture once the weather cleared up. Easy walk to boardwalk & beach. Has some issues getting in when we first got there, but host was super responsive & had it worked out in just a few minutes. Highly recommend for smaller families. And heads up that the hot & cold taps are reversed in the shower. The sounds coming from the bathroom while my brother figured that out were quite amusing.

Good location!

Overall we had a good experience! For a last minute booking it worked out great. Walking distance to boards and beach was very doable. We were unable to use the free parking on the block as advertised. Just not enough spaces. We would stay again!

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids are Genna, Luigi and Kieran. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (picture is nephews wedding in Jersey City). Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
