GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

House has 2 tv with Spectrum cable box in master bedroom and living room, another TV are without cable box, you can connect with PC or flash disk only.

Pet friendly property. A $250 per pet per stay fee would be incurred for guest with pets. Non smoking.
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar.
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).
Pool/Spa heating is available, price $150/week (payment after arriving cash or check or Zelle transfer).
Baby bed and chair – on request.
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.
