***Attention Renters - Spring/Summer slider project to commence on April 15th, 2024 replacing all sliding doors in the building. They have said they will complete 2 floors per week barring any delays. Project expected completion date is mid to late June. Guests can expect work around the building and noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked off time the work is expected to be completed on the floor the unit is located. If work is delayed and possibly impacting a guests reservation we will work to re-locate to another unit in the building.***
