The Pearl is truly a gem of a vacation spot on the coast of Lake Michigan. This property has been the most popular vacation rental in the area for many years. The Pearl is the largest home in the popular Beachwalk resort community. It's unique location on the tallest dune in the area, provides for panoramic views of Lake Michigan spanning from Warren dunes to Chicago. It is short walk from Sheridan Beach with full access to resort amenities including the pool, lake Kai with its fishing pier, kayaking, paddle, surfing as well as tennis courts, golf cart rental, and several private playgrounds.

Property description:
The Pearl is the largest home in the popular Beachwalk resort community. It is over 5100 ft.² of living space. The large living space is divided into four above ground levels to allow for privacy while accommodating large groups. Guests should be able to navigate steps easily as it is a 4 level house.

1st level: This level includes a large entertainment area equipped with a 65 inch TV for movies and gaming. There is also a bar and poker table. On this level there is a full size futon bed, bunk bed and a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 6. There is also a half bathroom. This level has unobstructed views of the lake.

2nd level: this is the entry level with access to the garage. It has a formal living room with panoramic views of the lake, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private balcony over looking Lake Michigan, laundry room, and a large full bathroom.

3rd level: This is the main living space for the house. It includes the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private balcony with views of the lake and Michigan city lighthouse as well as a spa-sized en-suite master bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub. This floor also houses the large open kitchen with views of both Lake Michigan and lake Kai, dining room with ample sitting for 16 to 20 people, powder room, and the large family room with fireplace, TV, and panoramic views of three states spanning from Warren Dunes, Michigan to Chicago, Illinois. You also will find access off of the kitchen to the home's largest entertainment deck equipped with a large propane grill and memorable views perfect for outdoor dining.

4th floor: The fourth floor houses 3 bedrooms and one large spa- quality bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The first bedroom is a large room perfect for our younger guests. There is a total of three bunk beds and two twin beds allowing for sleeping arrangements for up to 8 of our younger guests with ample play area so they can talk about and share their daytime adventures at the beach. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and private balconies with views of the lake perfect for capturing views of beautiful sunsets.

Great home!

Our group had a blast! The house was big and was well setup. We rented during winter so we couldn't use the deck space but I'm sure that would've made it an even better experience. The house is one of the highest properties so no obstructed views.

Perfect Family Reunion

Since we walked in we were in awe. The place was beautiful and clean. The host was kind enough to let us check out later and we appreciated that so much. Everything was prepared for us when we checked in. Everything went perfect & hope to book again next year.

The perfect getaway space

We had a group of 15 staying at the property for a weekend getaway. Although there isnt a yard there are plenty of balconies and the beach is just a short walk away. The views from the never ending windows were so refreshing! Not only was the house perfectly laid out with all the furniture, kitchen supplies, beach equipment we could need, but the host is incredibly accommodating. The only recommendation that we luckily caught in the reviews is to bring your own cooking seasonings and oil! 10/10 recommend this property, we’ll definitely be back.

Hope we can come back!

Over the years we’ve had several family vacations at Lake Michigan. This is the first house that we all agreed we’d like to come back to again! First the house itself was really great! It had plenty of room for the 15 of us, ages 6-74, to be together and also to be spread out into separate families when needed. I thought we might need another full bath, but we did fine. My 6 and 8 year old grandchildren are with me as I write this, and they say the house was great, fun and lovely. “It was the bomb diggity!” We really appreciated all the beach supplies available to us: towels, umbrellas, and inflated water tubes and toys…and wagons for transporting it all. Thank you!! Also the location and community was wonderful! I loved our views of Lake Michigan, which constantly reminded me and all of us that we were on vacation. And the walk to the beach was not hard at all (I’m 73!) And the Beachwalk resort area provided a lot of extras like pool, kayaking, ping pong, snack area, etc. i hope it works out for us to come back next year!

Wonderful view

Enjoyed your spacious home. It was a well supplied kitchen, beach towels, and beach chairs, etc. We felt we needed one more bathroom on top floor. We had a wonderful time.
