Welcome to your serene escape at our newly remodeled beachfront haven in Daytona Beach. Relax on your balcony, gazing at the ocean from the 4th floor of the Daytona Beach Club building. After your day on the beach, sink into the comfort of a queen-size bed and a snug twin daybed for a quick nap before heading out to hit the town!

Although our pool is closed for a while due to hurricane repairs, the beach is OPEN. Unlike other listings, we're open about this and don’t want any surprises for your stay (except good ones of course). While our beach access stairs are gone, the public access and restrooms are conveniently located beside the building.

Indoors, unwind with a 42" smart TV and your own private WiFi, or play some games if you need a day indoors. Our modern kitchenette boasts new cabinets, quartz counters, and all you need to create delicious meals (or just eat cereal the whole trip, we’re not judging!)

Embrace the vintage charm of our 1970s building with its garage parking, elevators, and laundry facilities. Your key unlocks all common areas, and daytime public beach parking is close by. Covered garage parking with one parking pass included. Trailers are not permitted.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21.

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!

The swimming pool wasn't available due to previous storm damage. There are no amenities (staff, restaurant, snack shop, etc.) at this property as it appears to have been a hotel converted to privately owned condos. Our room was great. It was newly remodeled and well appointed. This will definitely be an option for a future stay.
