Our stay was okay

Beautiful home and great location however we encountered some issues. I especially choose a home that had a hot tub and upon arriving we notice the hot tub had a lock on it. I messaged the owner and all they said was "it shouldnt be locked" our whole stay there we never got to use it. The room with the bunk bed didnt have a working TV or heater. In the kitchen the coffee maker didn't not work. Anytime we went to brew coffee it wouls just spill all over the counter and another issue in the kitchen was the mice droppings we found in some of the dishes we went to use. As we were getting ready to check out there was a knock at the door as i opened it i immediately got bombarded with question like "are you the owner?" I was told you guys would be out yesterday "why are you still here?" Im assuming it was the cleaning guy based in his bucket and cleaning supplies. I brought up all these conerns to customer services and try and get some kind of compensation but had no luck.

Snow Trip

We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing.
