A Complimentary Golf cart included in Rental. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.

This property allows one dog (Upon approval from the Owner), 15 pounds and under and cannot be a breed prohibited by Ocean Lakes.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool. water park including Lazy river, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activites, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car.

Perfect little getaway

We loved our stay at this property! It was an easy check in-out. The property itself is perfection! We had an issue with the golf cart, self induced, so we contacted the owner. They immediately responded with the problem easily resolved!

Charming house with amazing service

There were a few issues, it was nothing the owner/ operators could have foreseen happening but they responded immediately and went above expectations in remedying the issues. The house is so charming and people frequently stoped to admire it from the road. The space is well used for the size with all the amenities you could need. We highly recommend this property and any property managed by Richeson Properties.
