Small town feels
My family of four stayed for 2 nights. You have to park down the street and have about 20 stairs to climb to the hallway. Once in the room, the small kitchenette (no stove for oven) awaits, with a table for two. One sofa bed and one chair with tables and tv. The bathroom is to the left, towels for 4, small travel bottles for the shower. We truly appreciated the liquid s
Hand soap in the bathroom!! The bathroom vent did not work, so the bathroom gets pretty steamy. The bedroom across the hall has a nice long bed, dresser, nightstands, and large closet. A portable/roll away twin bed in the closet was great for us! One kid on the sofa bed, one on the twin, parents in the king. You need quarters for the paid laundry, but there were laundry pods for use! Nice gesture. The ice maker was broke, and the mini fridge has no ice. The bakery/restaurant below was great! Old fashioned donuts for days!!! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. I’ve already recommended this unit 3 to several friends for their upcoming trips! There was a note at checkout to take out trash and start bedding laundry if possible. Another note, after visiting Bar Harbor side, we definitely prefer staying in this side! Quiet and small town, perfect for relaxation with no hustle and bustle.
