Scarsa pulizia

Sinceramente all' arrivo, come ho documentato e comunicato all' agenzia, ho trovato l'appartamento abbastanza sporco, compreso un cuscino sporco di sangue. Abbiamo trovato residui di cibo (sale olio pepe) forse dei precedenti inquilini. La tenda che era presente solo su lato del finestrone (mancava l'altra metà). Trovato muffa nel bagno e nessuna aspirazione. L'appartamento nel complesso era sufficiente, ma poco curato nei dettagli e poca attenzione al cliente. Tutto ciò che ho scritto è stato fotografato e inviato via email all' agenzia all' atto del check-in che però non ha preso alcun provvedimento. In futuro sicuramente opterò per una soluzione di livello più alto. p.s. l'agenzia aveva detto che avrebbe provveduto quantomeno a cambiare il cuscino sporco, ma non c'è stata alcuna soluzione. Ho lasciato la casa molto più pulita di quanto l'avessi trovata, nonostante le pulizie finali erano a carico dell' host. Non ripeterò l'esperienza con quell' host. Peccato perché la località merita e ci torno da parecchio anni ma una situazione così nn l'ho mai trovata da altre parti.
