In Spéracèdes, we offer you this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with mountain view and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 700 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
In the main building, on the first floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofas, connected TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (200×200) with en-suite shower room, TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

In the second building :
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Outside :
- An 8x4m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from late June to late August. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A beautiful 700 m² garden
- A 32 m² terrace (covered) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and a view of the hill.

The house is ideally located in Spéracèdes, in a very pleasant environment, close to Grâce and Cannes. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Grasse village 20 min by car
- Lake at 15 min drive
- Visit authentic Côte d'Azur villages

- You can park directly in the house's private parking lot
