By living on Victor Hugo Avenue, you'll be in the heart of a privileged residential area surrounded by a luxurious environment. You can take advantage of the proximity to many green spaces, such as the Ranelagh Garden, which offers a peaceful setting for strolling and relaxing.

Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost).
## Notes
The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease) (or CIVIL) :
- 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall)
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
* A deposit of 1500 Euros will be requested but not cashed via our banking partner.
A mobility (civil) lease will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
Guests may choose to self check-out (by following the provided instructions) or opt for an assisted check-out, during which an inventory inspection will be conducted. A fee of 35 euros (to be paid at departure) applies for the assisted check-out.
