We are not the Hilton, nor are we a $190 a night, but if you need affordability in a clean well stocked condo, within walking distance to downtown Franklin and Starbucks in your front yard, we are it.
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on second level with 31 night minimum. Monthly lease required.
This unit is centrally located near downtown Franklin and within walking distance on sidewalks, to “Main Street.”
Centennial Park is located down the street for trail walking and biking. Starbucks is adjacent to this condo as well as a Kroger grocery store and numerous restaurants.
If you are needing short term housing please consider our condo for your needs.
Wifi included as well as all Utilities.

Please note: this condo does not have a dishwasher and has coin laundry on site.
Please note: for those relocating, the post office is downtown and you will need to secure a PO box. There is a Post office, UPS store and Goin Postal near the condo for PO box rental and we can provide contact information to help set this up.

Great place to stay

I loved the accommodations! It’s a very nice apartment and Janet was very responsive if I had questions or needed anything. I would definitely recommend it for future guests.

Very nice place, close to downtown Franklin!

This apartment is very nice! The space seems recently updated, and many thoughtful touches throughout. Only about 0.5 miles to downtown Franklin. Janet was super helpful with any questions I had, and an overall great host! Would stay here everytime I’m in the area.

Landing spot close to downtown

My family and I stayed at Janet’s place while we hunted for a house when we first moved to TN. It was a great landing space for us. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We miss being so close to downtown. There is laundry at the complex that made our stay more doable since we didn’t have to drive to a laundromat. We are so thankful!

Location location location. This property is within walking distance to downtown Franklin. It is also surrounded by numerous businesses and beautiful homes that are valued at $500,000 and up.
You can walk or bike to downtown Franklin within minutes, or commute to the cool Springs area in less than 15 minutes. Join the Williamson county recreational center, a few miles from here, this summer for outdoor swimming and summer activities. Starbucks is opening their newest store in the adjacent parking lot to this property. There is a convenient grocery store located nearby as well as numerous restaurants. If you’re a biker or jogger or walker Centennial Park is located down a block and across the street. Please consider is for your housing needs.
Plus! There’s the most delicious donut 🍩shop(in a camper) and coffee☕️
(Southerners, also in a tiny house) down the street on your left!
