Comfy cottage

This is a great little cottage in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Feels deep in the woods, but just minutes from downtown. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Peaceful forest stay minutes from town

We had a lovely stay. I had some work to do during our stay, and the wifi was perfect for online meetings. It is super close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Come stay!

We had a GREAT time in the property, so much so we payed for another night! We are a family of five and it was perfect size for us. Furniture was comfy and the patio furniture and hammock were clean and welcoming. The host was AMAZING. She was so quick to respond when we had couple questions and when we wanted to extend our stay. The location is the perfect mix of trees and space, but close to town. Just book it if you are reading this, you won’t regret it!

This cabin is awesome

We stayed at this cabin for a weekend getaway. This cabin is awesome. Cabin had everything we could have ever needed and the property manger made everything very easy. This cabin was everything we expected. The location is great! You are in the pines but still a couple minutes from downtown. Next time I am in Prescott I will stay at this cabin again.

Wedding in the Woods.

We wish we had had more time at the house because it was so cozy and inviting. However, we were at the campsite setting up for the wedding and then the next day was the wedding. The beds were so welcoming for tired bodies. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home in an even more beautiful location!

The property was completely furnished with all items you might need. Our family of 3 and my sisters family of 3 were in the area to enjoy the off road trails. There was plenty of room to park our trailer and just a few minutes to Senator Hwy to hit the off road trails. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great getaway in the pines

We have stayed here before and love the location! Close proximity to town but still in the pines with good access to hiking as well. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is here. We enjoyed the large patio in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely stay again!

Peaceful & cozy

My family and I were in Prescott for a Bible Conference. With a budget and vacancies limited, we were grateful to find this peaceful and cozy place. It was more than enough room for our family and while it seemed like we were deep in the woods, it was a short drive back to town.

Nice fathers day weekend!

little cabin is right near town but also in the woods surrounded by pines. Spent most of our time on the large back porch in rocking chairs admiring the beautiful scenery and our son lived in the hammock. lol. had everything we needed to prepare meals and eat out on the front porch picnic table. : )

Baseball weekend away!

Our family of four adored this cozy space! Upon our arrival access to the property was easy. The kids were drawn to the oversized board games! The dining room table was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. I had forgotten plastic containers to bring to our baseball games- there was no need to worry, the kitchen had several! The fridge was ice cold which is sometimes hit or miss. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were very nice. The beds were a dream, they were very comfortable! The living room was cozy with oversized- massaging chairs! The decks (yes, there are TWO) was where we spent spent of time, we even had javelina visit close to dusk! The home s short drive “into town.” Our stay was great, we were in town for a baseball tournament and this property met all of our needs!

Perfectly cozy cottage

We had a great stay and loved listening to the wind through the pine trees, while lying in a hammock out front. We’d take morning strolls through the area while sipping coffee . Goldwater lake is a five mile drive away, with canoe/kayak/ paddle board rentals. Good fishing. Also Watson lake is gorgeous and within 15 min drive. It was great; we hope to revisit soon.

Peaceful and Quiet house

We loved this cozy house located up in the mountains just a few miles out of downtown Prescott. The owners are super welcoming and communicated very promptly. We loved both patios and enjoyed the views and stars during the evening.

Perfect Prescott Retreat!

We love staying at the house when we are in Prescott. It is well decorated and has everything that you need, from massage chairs to fire pit, to a super stocked kitchen, crafts, comfortable and more! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Super recommend!

Fantastic Getaway Cabin in the Woods

Bob and Erica's cabin in the Prescott woods far exceeded my expectations. The Rocky Acers Inn is a quaint amenity filled cozy and relaxing cabin. Peaceful surroundings with a breeze flowing through the pines added to the relaxing getaway adventure. I look forward to renting this property again in the future.

We have always enjoyed Prescott and have searched for a property off and on for a few years. When we stumbled on this property we felt it was the perfect place for us! We love the location, being in the woods yet not far from the town!
