Welcome to Heritage Hideaway here in beautiful Brandenton, Florida. As you walk into this beautiful retreat, you will notice the careful details that went into the home’s decor. No expense or thought was spared into transforming the home into a true hideaway you’ve been searching for.
From the living room to the bedrooms, each room was carefully decorated with bold colors as well as comfortable furnishings.
The living room captures your attention as soon as you walk in. The feature wall lets you know that you are “home & welcomed” whether your stay is long or short. Feel free to plop on the sofas and enjoy a relaxing nap, read a book or take in a long overdue TV show.
With 3 beautiful bedrooms, you can have your pick between the Under the Sea (blues & corals), Sandy Beach (whites & beige), Ocean Blues (blue & gray).
Under the Sea is the master bedroom which has a full on-suite bathroom (shower) and walk in closet. A 43” TV is also provided along with a gorgeous dresser.
Sandy Beach & Ocean Blues are considered the second & third bedrooms with a bathroom (with tub & shower) between them. They each have spacious closets and will surely make your family or friends feel comfortable.
Extra towels and blankets are also provided and can be found in the closets.
The home’s kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, bowls, pots/pans, etc. EVERYTHING!
The covered lanai is the perfect place to start or finish off your day. You can either enjoy a cup of coffee or a night cap. This oversized outdoor space comes with a 55” TV and plenty of comfortable seating, a table and 2 wall fans.
Lastly, the home has a 2 car garage that you are permitted to use. There you will find the washer and dryer along with the beach chairs, backpack cooler, beach bags and beach umbrella.

Long weekend

This was a great property for our needs for a long weekend in April 2024 for IMG prom. The house is walking distance to GT Bray and close to IMG and the Gulf. The house was clean and had far more supplies than some of the stripped down properties run by big management companies (e.g., towels, etc.). The back patio is fabulous to relex outside. We would stay there again.

Home away from home!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while a family member was hospitalized less than a mile away. We had EVERYTHING we could possibly need including beach items for short breaks at the beach not far away. The house was immaculate and was decorated as if I had done it myself in my own home. There wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't there. We didn't want to leave! The owners were absolutely fantastic.

Beach, Fun & More!

House just as advertised. House is well laid out, plenty of room. Neighborhood is nice and it's quiet. We loved sitting on the patio, especially when it rained. Good location and access to AMI & Longboat & Lido. Host is great, responds quickly.

We fell in love with the Bradenton, FL area and want you to fall in love with it too. After taking a two week vacation in this area, we were hooked with the beaches and sunsets and so decided to put some roots down ourselves. We visit quite often, but during the times that we are not here, we are pleased to open the doors of our home to friendly & respectful people throughout the country.
