Studio 2 - Newley Renovated Studio. No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Dream Cloud Premier Rest 16" Hybrid Queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 2 and 1 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

So great!! Literally right behind John’s Pass, which was great to walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. A little smaller on the inside than anticipated, but for 2 people it’s really all you need for a fun weekend getaway. And I loved the fact that there were beach chairs for us to use as well, such a nice touch!

This place was PERFECT. The unit itself was so cute and so clean. It felt much like home from the start. It's location is hard to beat if you want the best of watching boats, hitting the beach, and access to food and nightlife. We didn't rent a car, and we didn't need to. Everything was right there. Vicky was great to work with, too. Two thumbs up here. We'll definitely be going back.

Winter get away

The property was updated, clean and well maintained. The location was ideal. Located on the bay, a short walk to restaurants, shopping etc. We couldn't ask for better communication from Vicky. She made check-in/check-out a breeze. We would recommend this property.

Location was great, walking distance to beach and restaurants etc. studio condo was nice size. My two complaints were the walls between condos were thin and the mattress was a bit lumpy.

Fabulous Experience

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary here. We wanted a get away for some rest and relaxation while also being within walking distance of places. It was excellent. We have stayed in a lot of different places, and this place was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and well pointed. We even had an anniversary gift waiting for us! It was a nice surprise. The host was very prompt and helpful with any questions that I had. Highly highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!!!

Such an amazing stay at the Fisherman’s Cove and Cottages. Vicky was awesome!!! Great communication and very friendly too. The unit was spotless and all of the amenities were new. Very comfortable and plenty of room for my son and I. Great location by John’s Pass village and boardwalk. Right on the intracoastal too. Great patio and grill if needed. Not a single complaint. Wonderful property and host

We enjoyed our stay at Vicky's property! The location, though just behind the shops at John's Pass, was quiet and comfortable. The interior of the unit is modern, the perfect size for a couple's getaway! Our host made sure we had everything we needed, was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

So close to everything

Everything you need for a memorable beach vacay: retail shops, restaurants, jetski rental, and the beach with amazing sunsets. The room was exceptionally cleaned with thoughtful vignette throughout and the property is located away from the busy streets. Thanks to Vicky for her hospitality.

Perfectly Amazing

First off - Vicky is and was super responsive! The place is exactly how it's described and how the pictures are is spot on! Perfectly located - a short walk to the beach or Johns pass. And you have a gorgeous view of the bay channel literally right outside of the place. The room was super clean and combined with how awesome Vicky was - I highly recommend for a date trip for you and your spouse

Excellent location, the place it’s just as described. My only complaint is the bed that’s a little lopsided. And no kitchen knives. The rest it’s just lovely.
