This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. With two master suites with private bathrooms, it’s also a great condo for two couples/families to share! The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. You’ll love the in-unit washer/dryer as well!

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Perfect location, next to Four O’Clock lift. Functional. Communication with managment was excellent. One impossible wish would be to have 2 car spaces.

Great condo!

The experience and condo were great. Loved the location- an easy 13 minute walk to Main Street (coming back it’s uphill). The bunk beds were pretty firm (harder for adults to sleep on). Also, there’s no salt/pepper, ziplock baggies, tinfoil or any of those types of amnesties. There were coffee filters and olive oil though. Just good to know before you arrive. Hot tub was shared with the units but nice and big. Had such a great weekend!!

Excellent property and location!

The condo is located just steps away from the Snowflake lift. I don’t believe anyone in our party would recommend coming back to the condo via Snowflake route but there is an option of coming back on 4’O Clock run which brings you back just across the street from the condo- so you have two easy ways to return at the end of your day. The condo was clean and comfortable and full stocked with everything you need for meal preop and linens. The management office was easy to work with during the booking, checkin and checkout process! We will definitely return!

Great condo, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summit mountain rentals always has ski in ski out options in Breckenridge. This was our first time and River Bend and we’ll be back. Easy access to everything. Summit mountain rental makes everything so easy!
