All hardwood and tile floors, high ceilings, updated kitchen, newer appliances and includes WIFI. Pets welcome on a case by case basis (*). Located in gated country club community on Lake Conroe w/ swimming, Tennis, Golf. and a full service club house. Close to many businesses/restaurants. Excellent location

The property was exactly as advertised, and served our needs well. Our family was in Montgomery for a funeral, and this propert served us well as a gathering point after the service. The only have two slight complaints: temperature and wasps. We complied with the host’s wishes to keep the thermostat at 72, but the room temperature was in the upper 70s. Also, there was a large active wasp nest on the entry porch. We did not see it until my grandson was stung multiple times. I realize that can happen anywhere, and thankfully, he had no allergies. The back deck was very comfortable with nice shade. Luckily, there was a good breeze, so we were able to flow into that space as well.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed our stay in April Sound. The location was great. The house was just lovely. Lenny and Ivonne provided everything thing that we needed and were very responsive. The snacks were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this location. We will be back next year!
