The space
This BIG GORGEOUS HOME is two levels with ample bedding for large groups and families. It features an amazing open space layout on the bottom floor for supreme leisure with friends or family. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, a coffee maker, and more. The living room is ultra-comfy and cozy with a big floating TV. This home is centrally located in a very safe, fun neighborhood!

Good times in the Nations,

We had a great time in Nashville, great location near a lot of fantastic restaurants. Short uber rides to everywhere

Renters beware…

We were super happy with the location and neighbor. We were within a 10 minute drive to several grocery stores. It was spacious and worked for our group. However, when we arrived we were welcomed to very large spider webs on the back porch. The house was very dusty and some rooms had clumps of hair in the “clean” sheets. The kitchen sink leaked and anything you put down the garbage disposal would come up in the next sink over. During our stay I also tried to contact the hosts several times and was only able to get a response from them twice. During our stay we reported several maintenance issues, including a broken HVAC unit and no one came to even look at these issues. My group had a wonderful time in Nashville, but I don’t think we would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location for walking to bars and restaurants and has easy access to downtown Nashville. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The property manager was responsive and very helpful with our questions. We would stay again.

Excellent Property

Our family of 6 stayed at the property. The home is cozy, clean, and comfortable. There is enough furniture for everyone to relax in. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. It is close to every attraction we visited including restaurants and parks. The owner is very responsive to messages.

Great Place for a large group

We utilized this rental for my sisters wedding party so they would have a place to stay and sleep. It was a beautiful home and was perfectly sized

Nashville Getaway

Just a few recommendations/issues. We arrived and the yard had a bunch of trash in it and the grass is high. The back porch has cobwebs everywhere. The house says it sleeps 12 people but the kitchen is not stocked to accommodate 12 people. We had to leave and get silverware and all the basic neccessary kitchen items. The can opener is broken and we only had 2 rolls of toliet paper. The shower curtains have mildew on the bottom of them and the downstairs bathroom tub wouldnt drain without using a plunger everytime. The bunkbed bedroom curtains have stains on them. This is a very nice place but it needs some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and the location.

Nice Stay

We had a group of 8 ranging in age from 3-71. The house was in close proximity to a gas station and a few different restaurants and the closest WalMart was only 4 miles away so that was nice. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all but the beds in all of the bedrooms made up for it as they were exceptionally comfortable. There were some lights that didn’t work but it was nothing that hindered visibility. The large bathroom upstairs was wonderful. One of our ladies would have liked to have had more blankets but we could not find any extras. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

Great stay in a cool neighborhood

Great layout for a multi-generational stay. Liked having a downstairs bedroom for our family member who doesn't like climbing stairs. The suite upstairs was ideal for a young couple with an infant. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a tv in each bedroom.

Nashville abode

Beautiful home-loved the tall ceilings. Beds/bedrooms beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen had small amount of silverware for how many it sleeps. Apparently sketchy neighborhood at night. Back porch was dirty and full of cobwebs-I was looking forward to drinking morning coffee outside but it was not suitable. A few lightbulbs burned out around the house and the clothes dryer did not work. Host were easy to contact and responded quickly.

Wonderful house!

This was a great house for what we needed. It had plenty of space and beds for all of us and more. The bedrooms were very spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. I felt that the house could use a deep clean, also some kitchen towels/hot pads and a pizza tray and cutter. Those are small things. Overall the house was great! I would stay here again if ever traveling to Nashville.

Fun trip to Nashville

We stayed in this unit for our very first trip to Nashville! We were close enough to town to enjoy ALL the action as much as we needed, but definitely benefited from all the room and amenities in this house!!! My absolute favorite being the walk in closet as a girl needs lots of outfit choices for this town!! Will never stay anywhere else!

Great Location in West Nashville

Our family had a great experience staying at this one. It was spacious and gave each family member time to relax with some downtime. The only drawback was that the washer did not function properly during our stay. We planned to wash clothing daily, but the washer malfunctioned and kept shutting off before finishing the spin cycle. This is something we hope the owner addresses before it is listed again because other travelers may want this convenience and it is listed in the rental description.

Nice place

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay. My children wanted to stay longer. Quiet area. Comfy beds. Host response was quick. Maintenance man was helpful and nice. Only thing is I couldn't find a broom to clean up a bit. Not a biggie however we loved everything. Would love to come back when we visit again. Totally recommend

Nashville Christmas 2021

House was nice and spacious for our family of 12 for Christmas. Owner was very attentive when responding with any questions I may have had. There wasn't a broom that I could find on property but I just purchased my own. No other major complaints. I would rent property again.
