About this property

Spacious townhome with 2 floors accommodating 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, for up to 8 guests.

Plan your outings, or flex your work and play schedule with 1Gb fiber Internet and wifi.

The main floor features an "In-Laws" bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, an open concept kitchen, dining, and large family space with access to the main floor ocean-view balcony.

The 2nd floor sports the "Kids" bedroom with a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The "Parents" bedroom features a private full bathroom, dual-sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and an ocean-view balcony.

Stairs provide access up to the townhome main entrance.

The spacious under-home parking pad can accommodate 5-6 vehicles providing covered parking for 2-3 vehicles. The under-home pad also features an entertainment/grilling area.

From the home, it is a 30-second walk (~150 feet) to public beach access.

We may be able to accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests if both Unit 1 and Unit 2 are available for booking!

Linens, towels and some beach towels are provided.

There are some beach chairs available as well.

The best!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! Everything as described. Steps from the beach, absolutely everything provided, great views, so much room! Owners very responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

Nothing but great things to say about this property. We had a wonderful stay.The place was very clean, well decorated, and modern.The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked. Super easy access to the beach -- the location was perfect for us. Leslie and Carl were quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again!

Our mother was one of 12, and we are her four children. We own both units to enable us and our children to spend time together!

Beautiful new spacious construction completed 2019 mere seconds from the beach with wonderful ocean views from both east-facing rooms and balconies.
High 9-foot ceilings throughout the home with lighted, 13+foot high covered parking beneath.

We bought this property (Unit 1) so that we could live and vacation with our family currently adjoining in Unit 2!

What makes this property unique

1st row from the water just 30 seconds from the beach. Like our family, larger groups can book both Unit 1 *and* Unit 2 for up to 20 guests if both units are available.
