About this property

Beautiful cottage with activity room. Here you can compete in table tennis or billiards. The two bathrooms are joined by a whirlpool and sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the house. And in the living room there is also the wood-burning stove and a heat exchanger ? all together keeping the heating costs low. Outside you will find two open and one covered wooden terrace.

The kitchen is very well equipped and contemporary. In the garden is also thought of small children with swing, sankasten and play tower. You live close to stores, cafes and restaurants and only about 1200 m from one of Denmark's best swimming beaches.

No renting to youth groups.
