Nice stay

Michaele was very responsive. The home is clean and well furnished and appointed. The only issue was with VRbO not communicating with he owner about our confirmation

Owner Double Booked Property - Same Day Cancellation

Owner informed two hours before our confirmed check in that our reservation was double booked by the owner and we were informed that our reservation would be canceled. Property was paid for in full a month prior with no notice of communication that the property was being listed or booked on any other platform. Travel plans were for New Years were completely wrecked and our families along with infants and toddlers all had to cancel our plans the day after Christmas despite making the reservation and the plans weeks prior. Reached out multiple times without receiving any response leaving us no time to find other accommodations. If booking this listing would recommend confirming same day with owner or finding an alternate property with more reviews that verify ease of access and reliability of the listing. Would not recommend this listing.

Bryce Bike Trip Memorial Day 2021

Really enjoyed staying at this house! Great location for hiking in Shenandoah or skiing/ mountain biking at Bryce Resort. Very roomy, large basement, kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking meals. Clean and neat, recently updated and felt very fresh. Would definitely love to stay here again!
