This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located in Amelia Island Plantation is the perfect place for your family getaway. Tastefully remodeled and decorated with everything you think will help you to relax and unwind.

Enjoy the open floor plan concept and large great room with living, kitchen, dining, and wet bar all in one spacious area. The living area features a comfortable sofa and two comfy chairs for you to enjoy watching your favorite program on the flat screen television. Enjoy the natural light through several windows and the sliding glass doors located just off the living room with access to a patio with a serene view of oak trees.

The well-equipped kitchen offers brand new cabinetry, dazzling countertops, and GE appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare a meal for any occasion for your entire family. Just off the living area is the dining room wooden round dining table with seating for 6 guests.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large king-size bed, flat screen television, and access to the balcony with sliding glass doors, and large closet. The newly renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet area, double mirror vanity, and a stackable washer and dryer give you all the convenience you need.

The oversized second bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, flat screen television, oversized closet and comfy chair for relaxation, and a full bath with a gorgeous cabinet and countertop and a walk-in-shower. Having a private balcony and entrance into the villa, a microwave oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator give you complete privacy and separation from the rest of the villa.

Enjoy this Courtside villa with a community pool nestled among the beautiful oak trees, and Amelia Island Plantation Tennis Park just steps away from your villa. Only 10 minute walk under oak trees will take you to the ocean’s edge to walk on the beach and swim in the fantastic Atlantic Ocean.

You have the opportunity to walk to the village and enjoy a glass of wine at the Falcon's Nest, and Marche Burette, and enjoy the Plantation's many shops and restaurants. First VRBO experience

February Getaway

My friend, dog and I enjoyed a lovely month in this charming Amelia Omni Plantation townhome. The property manager contacted us personally the day prior to arrival to welcome us and let us know that the property was ready. We found the home to be spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorate. Phone calls were returned promptly and one issue was addressed quickly. Although the property is not ocean front, we found the location to be lovely nestled among the live oaks and palmettos. We enjoyed long walks during our stay and appreciated the variety available without leaving the Plantation. Stopping for an afternoon coffee and sweet treat at the deli was a bonus. The property manager made rebooking for next year convenient and we look forward to enjoying February 2025 at this lovely property.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious condo. The only thing I missed was a beach view. It was perfect for our dogs and it was a quiet complex. The pool was steps from the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

David and I moved to Amelia Island in 1999 from Albuquerque New Mexico. We are family of 3 sons and 1 daughter and 8 grandchildren which they all love to stay at Courtside. We have lived here and being member of Amelia Island Club and loving it! When we decided to inquire for another condo, Courtside was the place we both agreed on. When we saw this unbelievable location, being so close to the pool, and the serenity and charm we made our decision! The welcoming friendly people makes the Amelia Island and our community truly a one-of-a-kind destination.
