Amenities were awful

Good location and large size rooms, but the amenities and support was as bad as it can get. We listed around 15 issues including wi-fi non-functioning for our entire stay, refridgerator malfunctioning, no stove, no dishwasher, outdated tv and dvd sets, misplaced remote controllers without battery covers, flickering lights, water faucet malfunctioning, lack of enough utensils and more. Gave all feedback to the management after my stay and hope they take it seriously and fix it for future visitors.

Beautiful Property

This home was beautiful and so spacious! There were minor things (no hand soap, shower head broken) but we loved the views and the area we were in. We stayed here with friends for our elopement. It was plenty big enough and had lots of activities for us! Will definitely consider Gatlinburg Falls again!

Poor customer service/disgusting cabin

After driving over 12 hours I contacted the office to let them know that we were 2 hours away with an ETA of 2:00pm. They told me the cabin would not be ready until check in time of 4:00pm. Arrived at their office at 4:00pm and was told the cabin was having the final inspection completed. Time passed and nothing I approached the counter again and was told the cabin was not ready and that they didn’t know at what time it would ready. I asked for an update and their answer to me was that they could not reach out to anyone for an update until it was 4:30pm. I approached the counter again asking for an update and they told me that no one was getting back to them. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me they did not have a manager on site. 4:45pm comes and finally we get an update that the cabin would not be ready until 5:45pm. Finally 10 min to 6pm they tell us the cabin was ready. When we drove to the cabin the housekeepers were still there and told us that this cabin had been added last minute and that they were short staff. Mind you I called and announced that we would be in the area soon. When we walked in the cabin you could see that the cabin had been superficially cleaned. The tubs are black from dirt, floors sticky, dining room chairs on top of the dining room table and the kitchen counters sticky. Not to mention the cabin itself is very run down the carpets are disgusting, some of the blinds did not work, AC vents disgustingly dirty. We have traveled to Tennessee many times and stayed at other cabins and not once had we experienced the horrible customer service as we did here. Stay away from Venture Resorts. And the cabin name is Gatlinburg Heights. Horrible experience!!!!
