Welcome to “The Bay Haven” - a perfect family friendly vacation home just doors down from Sarasota Bay and a quick drive to the white sand beaches of the Keys and AMI!

Relax in this luxurious 2350 sq ft, single-level villa, PLUS a 600 sq ft rec room complete with family games & entertainment. Completely remodeled with luxury finishes and designer touches throughout.

THE SPACE
Our vacation home rests on a huge ½ acre lot in a gorgeous, quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful sunset views of Sarasota Bay from our front yard.  (Public access is a short drive away).

There are beaches in three directions!
Lido Key:  7.6 miles which connects to Longboat Key & Anna Maria Island.
Siesta Key: 12 miles

Airports:
SRQ: less than a10 minute drive
Tampa: 50 minute drive
Punta Gorda: about 60 minute drive

Traveling with small children? Pack 'n play, stroller, highchair, and kids dinnerware provided.

All linens and towels provided (bath & pool towel for each person)
Kitchen: Beautiful, high-end  & fully-equipped gourmet kitchen open to the rest of the living space.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, center island and wet bar w/ mini fridge. Cooktop is induction with all necessary pots and pans provided.
Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that has 4 chairs and a bench.
Coffee bar includes both single serve & full pot options (including complimentary coffee beans, coffee, filters & creamer), coffee grinder, French press, frothier & tea provided so everyone can start their day off well!

Gas Grill is provided with a propane tank that can be exchanged by guests for a refill as needed for around $20 at any local convenience or hardware store.
Poolside: 4 lounge chairs, 6 seater patio dining table with shade umbrella overlooking the pool and 1 hammock.

Deck furniture: Patio conversation set to seat 5 people with shade umbrella and 4 Adirondack-style chairs around the firepit.

Pool: Pump runs from 9AM-7PM. During cold season (Oct to May), the pool heater is preset to recommended temperature of 85 degree daily from 9AM - 7PM, so this can NOT be adjusted. Also if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Games: Cards, Board Games, cornhole/bags.
