About this property

Views and relaxation are what you get at the Beach Cod. We are in a quiet neighborhood close to town but far enough away to unwind. One queen bedroom, one full over full bunk room, a queen sleeper sofa on the main level, and a queen bed looking out to Lake Michigan from the lower level. Access to the lower level is by a delightful spiral staircase or from the lower level porch. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Shower off the day in the outdoor shower while taking in the views of Lake Michigan. Enjoy beach bon fires and grill outs while you stay at the Beach Cod. Taking a dip in the big lake is just a few steps away from the house and plenty of beachfront to enjoy.

Perfection

This place was one of the best places we have stayed at! The views were gorgeous! We got the beauty of sunshine, a little rain, and snow! The property area was.so peaceful and calm. The home was super clean and the hosts were always available when we had questions. We plan to stay again during summer or spring and bring more family with us. Thank you for allowing us to have the perfect Thanksgiving experience by the lake! ❤️

AMAZING !!!

Breathtaking views ! Double rainbow 🌈 the day before left. Nice area for a fire & enjoy some smores and access to a small beach area. Nice & cozy, we had everything we needed & more for our stay ! SUPERIOR host's!!! Already booked for August 2024 ! Can't wait to come back !

Pictures don’t do this place justice!

The pictures can’t even grasp how beautiful this place is. If you are thinking of staying here, do it! Waking up to the view here is amazing. The water is closer to the house than the pictures showed, and you have your own mini private beach! It was perfect for my dog to run around! The homeowners are also wonderful and answered any questions I had in a prompt manner. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Family vacation on Lake MI

We had a lovely week at yr place! Pleasantly decorated, loved the colors and care put into the beach house. Some updates since listing pics, even nicer than pics. We enjoyed Relaxing beach times, our little dog did great too and was very welcomed. went swimming took walks to the dunes (access only .6 mile walk thru nature path on woods road). Enjoyed cooking dinners in the well equipped kitchen and grilling, and sitting out in the deck with the amazing view to eat. Loved the “lower level master suite” w a view and walk out to the beach. Loved the outdoor shower and the porch swing. Deck and bonfire chairs sturdy and comfy. Have pics to share if there’s a way to do that too. You have such a great place!
