Great getaway!!

So much to do at the resort! Great property the room was nice and clean! Check in and out was smooth! Recommend staying in the wilderness club same experience a lot cheaper!

Good place to rest your head

We have stayed at Big Cedar several times but this was the first time with the Wilderness Club. Overall things were nice and the 1 bedroom lodge room was what our family needed. We spent most of our time on the lake, in the gorgeous pool or being outdoors. The kitchen was clean with nice appliances for making quick meals.

Great resort with tons to do

The condo was dirty when we checked in. It was also on the first floor so super noisy people above and it sounded like stomping until 1am each night. However Big Cedar is an awesome place. My advice is check with the host to find out what floor the unit is on before booking it as being on the ground level took away from the enjoyment.

Wonderful Time

We loved our time at this location. It was clean and had everything we could have possibly wanted. The hair dryer was broken, I contacted the host and they got back to me right away to get it replaced. When you book multiple days, you can get booked at multiple units. We spoke to them before we arrived and they arranged us to stay in the same unit the whole time. We did get locked out of the unit still when we would have moved units. The staff was quick to let us back in and bring us new keys. We had the most fantastic time and cannot wait to return. Everyone was so friendly and the amenities are above and beyond. I forgot my hanging clothes at home and was able to go to The Shoppe and put together a wardrobe that worked for our whole time there.
