La Maison des Amis - Ondres

La Maison des Amis is the ideal place to forge unforgettable holiday memories in the south of the Landes coast. We have created a friendly place where young and old alike find something to enjoy: idleness, reading in the shade of the mimosa or the covered terrace of 27m2, parties of fun around the barbecue, the plancha or the heated swimming pool (from June to September, to be shared with the owner on site and secured by a roller shutter) and its sunny terrace. You will find on site an enclosed garden of 850m2 in a calm and peaceful area just a few hundred meters from the pine forest leading to the beach of Ondres (3km) or those of Labenne (5km) and Tarnos (6km) by the road or the many cycle paths from the house. You will also find all the local shops and the Ondres market on Sundays, easily accessible on foot or by bike. This fully equipped, independent and single storey house is perfect for you to relax and unwind in any season. She is composed : - a small functional equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) - a large living room with dining room and lounge (TV and WIFI) equipped with a convertible sofa (extra bed 140x190) - a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed with outside access - a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed - a bathroom and a separate toilet For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning as well as water, electricity and heating consumption are included in the price. Baby equipment (cot, changing table, high chair, bottle warmer) is available. Although located on the property, the owner's personal dwelling is separated by a wooden fence. In July/August, reservations are made by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
