Away from the crowds of tourists, but quickly on the beach, the apartment is located directly on the Schoritzer Wiek, in the southern part of the island of Rügen.
Constantly renovated and modernly furnished, the 55sqm apartment has a bedroom with double bed, bright, friendly dining area with kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed and satellite TV, bathroom with shower and a terrace with water views for convivial barbecues.

You can find relaxation in your own boat, which can be chartered fully equipped, while fishing in a top area or to relax on the water. The associated jetty is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Two children's bicycles (16 'and 24') as well as a women's and men's bike are available free of charge.

The apartment has external blinds on every window.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist genau richtig

Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Touristenorte mit Ausblick auf Feld und Wiek. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Da es außer einem nicht sehr empfehlenswerten italienischen Restaurant (Il Rustico) so gut wie keine Gastronomie gibt, empfiehlt es sich, selbst zu kochen, hierfür ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr praktisch ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr positiv war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner guten Fee vor Ort. Die Kleinigkeiten, die gefehlt haben (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrtücher, Sonnenschirm und Zusatzbettbeleuchtung), wurden umgehend nachgeliefert. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig.
