ONE HALF MILE FROM BOAT LAUNCH!!! We are the last house before launch...two large bedrooms and an open kitchen to living room. Beautiful views off the spacious front porch. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen island has stools for 4. Living room has two new recliners and comfy large couch. Internet available with large screen TV. Bring your boat and launch at Carter Dock Launch! If you prefer the beautiful, new Marina Rowena is only about 15 minute drive away. Come to the country for some peace and quiet!

Carter Dock - Lake Cumberland

What YOU see is what YOU get!! A beautiful clean home with serene blissful views of nature- Bobcat, deer, squirrels and birds chirping. A man on a horse did go by. What few neighbors we seen, were very friendly. For those that enjoy walking, I highly recommend taking a stroll to the dock and back! The owner of the property was exceptionally well to work with. My husband and I left on a Saturday evening with no vacation spot in mind and I started searching for places, Carter Dock popped up, I messaged owner asking if we could arrive that night and she promptly replied YES! Thank YOU again for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week and if we venture that way, we’d love to return 😊 Sincerely, The Morgan’s

Excellent little house!

The house was perfect for us! We loved sitting on the front porch, every morning and evening! Lots of wildlife and neighbors horseback riding would stop and talk. So peaceful and quiet just what we needed! Would definitely stay her again!

Nice house on Lake Cumberland

Cozy house with plenty of room to spread out. Super close to the lake and a dock, walking distance! We had family spread out in 4 different houses, so this was the perfect location for us! Great hosts!

House close to Rowena

We took our boat and got a boat slip at Marina at Rowena. A short drive to and from the Marina made this a perfect spot. Turkey and deer all over. The little house was perfect for us. The house is full of brand new stuff. Very Very clean. It was a Perfect Lake House.

Quiet beautiful location

Great place to relax, great front porch to sit and enjoy the views with next to no noise or distractions. Would be nice if they would add a picnic table in the back yard for when you are grilling out, having no place to set up for grilling was a challenge. Would stay here again.
