*Important Information About AC Operation*
The owner of the condo has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 72°F and 78°F to avoid condensation on the walls and build-up of mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Shores of panama Room 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an okay experience. When I got my total, we were hit with a hidden fee for parking for 120.00. I felt that should be included with the room and taxes. The bed by the balcony wasn't comfortable personally. But the room was clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo for an extended stay. The condo was nice and spacious. Four Star Condo Services were excellent. Very responsive. Unfortunately the condo closed the indoor pool/hot tub area for atleast 2 weeks (the last 2 weeks we were there) and the weather was still quite cold so using the outdoor pool was not really an option. Specifically chose this condo because of the indoor facilities. This was disappointing. Overall the stay was nice.

Perfect beach condo

The condo was great! Roomy, has a great balcony overlooking the pool and with that gulf view that you come for and all just steps from the beach. This was perfect for our family. Thanks!

Very clean, Staff was very polite, but there were flaws

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. It had an awesome view and was very clean. The only downside to it was I wish the air conditioner could have been lowered, especially when sleeping. The hotel staff was very polite and attentive. I would recommend the condo itself, but not sure about the hotel. Downside to the hotel, the elevators were consistently breaking down. Causing the ones that did work to be overpacked. It took us 45 min to finally fit on one when we initially got there. I did see staff working on the elevators. As soon as they had one working another one would break down. I assume exceeding the weight limit at times could've had something to do with it. I would also highly suggest they put some type of air circulation in the elevators, even if it's some type of fan.
