In addition to a well-appointed interior, the outdoor living space (including a fire pit) is picturesque and inviting. The hot tub on the deck of the second floor finishes the long, long list of reasons this property is ideal for quiet retreats and small family get-togethers. Peaceful, cozy lounging awaits!

Features amazing outdoor living with two outdoor dining spaces, a fire table and hot tub on the second floor deck, a covered firepit for story telling and marshmallow roasting along with a BBQ grill. Enjoy stargazing with a telescope and lower light pollution than in the city!

Inside you'll find a downstairs family room with seating for everyone and upstairs a light bright lounging area. A TV in each space makes for flexible use and space for everyone.

Countless wineries and tasting rooms are a few minutes away as well as incredible restaurants in Carlton, McMinnville and Newberg. The stunning Oregon Coast is just an hour and fifteen minute drive. Hiking opportunities are plentiful - within a fifteen minute drive you can enjoy strolls through meadows and the forest at Millers Woods or Chehalem Ridge Nature Park.

Lovely little getaway

My husband and I plus another couple stayed here for a little friends catch-up trip and this property was perfect for us. First of all, it was impeccably clean and was a great quiet reprieve from it all. The little coffee and tea bar was such an appreciated touch. But our favorite part was climbing into the hot tub each evening after a day of exploring and wine tasting and just soaking up the stars. The hosts were super proactive and available, but we didn't have a single issue! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Ladies weekend

We had an amazing stay! We loved the welcome sign, chocolates and everything was so well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire place, eating dinner outside, and the deer that came to visit us at night or in the morning. It was beautiful. The hosts were awesome and helped us with suggestions for our trip too. This house is central to the coast, mountains, and wine country. Beds were super comfortable too.

Beautiful, unique home

Beautiful home in an idyllic setting. Only two bedrooms, but otherwise spacious. Outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Deer visit frequently. Well equipped, beautifully managed. We would stay here again!

Quaint and quiet luxury in the wine country

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the gorgeous 360 degree views and hot tub to the clean, comfy bedding and ample seating in every room. Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Carlton (don’t miss out on the delicious eats at Park and Main and the Carlton Bakery), this property offers vineyard and Mountain views, even visiting deer in the early morning and evening! The hosts communicated throughout the trip to make sure we had what we needed and the check-in process was stress-free. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️
