Bait and Switch DIFFRENT THAN BOOKED!!!

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERT!!! The property address and pictures were NOT WHAT I BOOKED apparently changed the day of arrival. Trapped by my work requirements and inability to actually talk in person on arrival I had no choice but to stay. It took me a whole day to get in touch with a nice young lady, but she was just an agent. THEY CHANGED LOCATION AND LAYOUT IN A BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY CANNOT DENY THAT. Even now the pictures don't match the apartment i got. It says King bed, there is no King. No light bulbs in different lamps. No chairs in the living room only a couch. Eacoo Homes is the owner not an individual, so they may own similar apartments. But be careful the one i got stuck with was extremely sparse 1 set of towels, 2 glasses, 2 cups, very little useful utensils. I could have lived with that I only say communication was initially poor because the VRBO phone number given did not match the number of the agent representing the apartment. I got trapped, by this BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't make the same mistake. I tried to work with them, yes afterwards they simply didn't care. Had this been a vacation stay instead of having to immediately go to work. I would have walked out. Learn from me DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great location, clean and easy communication with host.

Only downside was neighbors decided to throw a party and with thin walls between units kept me up into wee hours of the morning one night of the stay.

Great Stay

Home was very clean and spotless. It was in a very convenient location for the activities we were in town for. Owner communication was GREAT! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place..quite! Close to shopping!

Overall ...great! Only two suggestions going forward. 1. Please include instructions to adjust air conditioning. 2. Put comforter on master bed...saw one, wasn't sure if it was for guest use, however. Very clean and a great stay!
