Paradise awaits, with exceptional hospitality!

Lee and Courtney were fantastic hosts. The property itself is located across the street from the Pacific Ocean, from their condo unit there are clear views of the ocean with whales and dolphins breaching the surface. Tropical birds and island fowl serenaded us every morning. The condo is well appointed with all the comforts of home and every streaming service available. So missing the big game, key match, or favourite shows wasn’t an issue. Very clean and updated, our girls loved the reclining leather sofa and chair.This space allows for traveling light with in suite laundry stack. The pool and the hot tub area were clean and well maintained with friendly guests there to trade stories with. Our flight left really late the day of our departure- Lee and Courtney were able to arrange next day cleaning so we could have a place to be while we waited to go home. Not saying they ‘d be able to to do that for everyone, but really nice to people who will help if they can. Loved our stay and can’t say enough about Kona and this property!! Mahalo L&C!

Highly recommend this rental

Just enjoyed 2 wks at Lee and Courtney (great and helpful hosts) condo in Kona. Accessing the condo was easy and exactly as described and the ocean views off the balcony are gorgeous. You can watch the sunset every night off the balcony or the pool or the oceanfront across the street and watch for the “blue flash”. Look it up, it is a thing, we saw the blue flash one night but not the green. The condo was outfitted with upscale furniture, decor and amenities, everything we needed in paradise. We would recommend a car rental for sightseeing around the island as there is much to see including a black sand beach and a green sand beach ( recommend having the locals get you there). We appreciated the elevator being close by as the condo is on the 4th floor, also the assigned parking spot to avoid street parking. The use of the 3 BBQs around the pool was great and we saw them being cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend this rental.

Courtney and I are incredibly blessed to call Kailua-Kona, Hawaii home. We're originally from Bend, Oregon.

We are available 24/7 and are not happy with anything less than a truly magical Hawaiian holiday for each and every one of our guests!

Our home is a lively place with three multigenerational Australian Labradoodles and a 300-gallon saltwater fish tank full of beautiful Hawaiian critters.

Courtney is retired from healthcare and now enjoys working at a popular jewelry shop in downtown Kailua. Lee runs a couple businesses that he started from scratch. We work together to give our guests the very best Hawaiian Holiday possible.
