Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay at Alice's Haus on W. Burbank - this gorgeous home was built with love & has been completely updated for you & your company to enjoy. Come and enjoy a good book or glass wine under the shade of its Pecan trees with a view of a one of kind Texas Windmill. This home is both stylish, unique and has been updated to accommodate multiple guests/bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked awaiting good cooking and special memories to be made.

This special home was built in 1984, since then it has been expanded an updated into the charming home it is today. The new owners have added additional updates through the house including renovated bathrooms featuring modern rain showers, and mid century tile accents.

Every corner from top to bottom has been touched with eclectic and mid century style with added essentials for you to enjoy.

The bedding layout is unique and have been maximized for additional sleeping arrangements. Please read thoroughly the following below:

You will find the master bedroom located downstairs with a king bed and en suite shower/bath.

Upstairs you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms and open loft featuring a queen bed and pull out sofa bed (full).

The master bedroom upstairs features a queen bed with en-suite shower/bath. Adjacent to the master inside is a private bedroom with a twin bed.

To the right of the upstairs you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and built in private queen bedroom.

The upstairs bedrooms all share the 1 shower/bath located inside the master bedroom.

There is a half bath located downstairs in the mud room/kitchen area.

Just Perfect!

We loved this beautiful home! The layout was great for our extended family. We loved the wonderful little details throughout the home that made it so special. Communication with the property manager was incredible! She was very responsive to any question we had. My only drawback was I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

Family wedding

This was my second time to book with Elizabeth! The house is so comfortable and chic. The attention to detail is amazing. And Elizabeth goes above and beyond to prepare for our visit. S’mores fixings and a bottle of wine greeted our group upon arrival. This has to be the absolute BEST vrbo in Fredericksburg!

Great stay!

This was a great property for the group of 12 that we had stay there. Perfect amount of space inside and out and close to everything. Owners were very responsive with questions and very helpful! Left the bride and groom we were celebrating a sweet note and bottle of wine :)
