The kitchen also offers new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, silestone countertops and a laundry area. A breakfast bar with 2 bar stools opens the kitchen into the dining and living areas.

The spacious living area has plenty of seating and a separate dining area with a table that seats 6. There is a 40” flat screen TV as well as sliding doors that lead to the balcony.

The master bedroom suite with a king bed also has access to the balcony. There is a vanity/desk area, a 31 inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower.
