Fraud and a scam

Cancelled due to 'double-booking'. David Wynn, the 'host' then tried to rent me another property not on VRBO. Wynn is a twice convicted con-artist involved in a multi-million Ponzi scheme and more (Google his name from Boca Raton, Fl)..... He has now moved to Mexico to continue his life of crime. .... To be clear, this Dave Wynn does not have the ability to rent this property.... if you're lucky, you'll eventually secure a refund your money.... if not, you'll just be another in his long list of victims.

Big Scam

We arrived late aat night and the guardian has no record of us nothing We should have had a room number but the owner write to us that there will be someone at the reception to give us the code for the room So yes it was a he'll of experience because we had to find an hotel at one in the morning and find another accommodation for the rest of our stay

Perfect Condo

The condo is spectacular. It’s two blocks from the beach and two blocks from 5th Ave (shopping, restaurants and nightlife). The condo is very nicely decorated, well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you might need. The host and property manger were responsive and delightful to work with. 100% recommend this property and host!!!
