Great experience!

The condo was perfectly set up, very clean, and close to the beach. The pool was nicely heated and the times were convenient. The owner/manager was responsive. I would stay there again.

Beach time

Siesta Key is a short drive and as beautiful as ever. The inside of the condo is very nice. There is a Publix right across street from property making groceries convenient. We stayed 4nights and had a great time.

Great stay

We loved the apartment. We found everything we needed for a few days. A good starting point for exploring Sarasota and the surrounding area. The only downside was that the apartment complex was not as well maintained as it could have been.

A great stay!

We were here for a week, so appreciated all the storage, the well-stocked kitchen, and furniture that made relaxing easy. The pool is great - clean and warm. We enjoyed the deck a couple of times, but it was too cool to spend much time out there. We did a lot of traveling around in the Sarasota area and this location was well-situated for whatever direction we traveled. One negative for us was that we couldn't open any windows because we like the fresh air, but that was minor.

Exactly what we needed!

The property was great! Loved all the coordinating aqua blue elements! Anita was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach, super close to food options, and a lovely pool in the complex. It was perfect for our family.

Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The one-bedroom second-floor unit is remodeled, spacious, clean, up-to-date, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable king-size bed. There are nice closets with hangers in the bedroom. The couch and chair in the living room are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a washer and dryer. There is a small balcony. The A-C works great! The unit is very centrally located with easy access to all we wanted to do - shopping, restaurants, Siesta Key and visiting aging Mom in her Sarasota retirement community. Anita, the owner/manager, is very responsive and helpful. The large apartment/condo complex exterior is a bit rundown. That is not Anita's fault.

Sensational Sarasota Stay!

Anita’s property was exactly how it is described. Beautifully renovated, with quick access to many of the areas beaches. We were so busy we only spent a few hours there each day but the property was well equipped if you had spend the day dodging rain. Anita’s care for the little things should make this a property of choice. From the beach chairs , cooler and umbrella to the snacks and chocolates she made our vacation complete. If you are looking for beachfront property this is not the place however we found the drives to various area beaches to be less than five minutes. Neighbors were quiet and parking was adequate. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks Anita!

Loved the Decor

Anita was an amazing host! She has the place decorated very nicely and it was very clean. We loved the whole experience inside, but the complex seemed more like apartments than condos. Our parking area was torn up, but no ongoing repairs were noticed.

Clean and updated condo close to beach

Condo was very clean and interior looks exactly like pictures. Nicely decorated with everything you would need for a week stay. Anita was very prompt with any questions I had. Looks like it was recently renovated as well as it was very nice inside. Only thing is the outside is a bit run down. I did not use the pool/outside area as it was not as nice as the interior of this condo. Great location 10 min from Siesta Key beach!

Nice decor, clean. Loud neighbors in parking lot outside bedroom window fighting and car alarms sounding. Didn’t feel safe at night coming and going. Notified owner who said they had never had complaints and advised me to contact Vrbo for refund. This was Thanksgiving week and we had 5 nights remaining in siesta key. No additional check in from owner. The last few days were quieter.

It was exactly as described! Anita has a very cute place and it was very very clean. There are a lot of extra blankets and pillows in the closet incase you needed them. It was perfect for our stay 😊

Siesta Vacation

Property was perfect, clean and new. Short 10min. drive from public beach on Siesta Key. Gulf Gate has many nice restaurants and bars. Anita was very attentive and accessible.

Terrific Rental Experience

This fantastic unit was super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and equipped. No problems whatsoever and Anita is a terrific host. Based on that I would highly recommend this or any other of her rental units. This unit exceeded our expectations, and we would stay again!!!!!!
