The Hampton River Retreat Deluxe is a newly renovated 3 Bedroom/2 bath home on the Hampton River - conveniently located by land or water to all major points in the Hampton Roads area. The quiet neighborhood is close to many features including Downtown Hampton, Langley AFB, Fort Monroe, Buckroe Beach, and a short drive across the HRBT to Norfolk. No parties or events, or gatherings of any kind are allowed in the home.

Great property owner.

We had a great time! There were a couple of hiccups but the property owner went way above and beyond to rectify the issues. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Place

This house is very spacious and the decor of this house is very nice. The house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs. The house has 2 whole baths one upstairs and one downstairs, which is great. On the Vrbo commercial they say "The thing that's different about a Vrbo vacation home, you always have the place to yourself." However, this is not so true for this house. The property owner was at a house right in the back yard of of this vacation house. SO Vrbo YOU MIGHT NEED TO CHANGE YOUR COMMERCIAL, BECAUSE MY FAMILY WAS NOT ALONE. THE PROPERTY OWNER OF THE VACATION HOME WAS RIGHT WITH US. AND SENSE THIS IS THE CASE THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD SAY IN THE LISTING THAT THEY WILL BE ON SITE OF THE VACATION HOME IN THE LISTING.

Great rental

Visited Virginia to visit our son, who just returned from deployment. House and location were very good. Owner was very easily accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
