With space for up to a dozen lucky guests, this very comfortable ski-in/ski-out rental is in the perfect spot for skiing and mountain biking at Park City Mountain Resort. Take a moment to hang out on the deck and watch the skiers and riders race down the slopes or warm up by your gas fireplace.

What’s nearby:
This getaway is located right in the base village, where there are an abundance of shops, restaurants, and activities. Climb aboard the free, citywide shuttle for easy access to Park City's historic Main Street for groceries, dining, and live entertainment. And if you're visiting during the summer months, don't forget to pack your clubs because the 18-hole Park City municipal golf course is just a mile north of this rental.

- Please note that the dryer is ventless so it may take some time for heavy items to dry.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the elevator is out of order until early November for all Resort Plaza units.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Great family vacation
We absolutely loved our stay at your VRBO property! The location near the lifts was perfect, and the convenient bus ride to Main Street made exploring easy. With a family of 8 adults, we appreciated having more than enough comfortable beds. A fantastic experience overall – 5 stars!

Spring Break Ski Trip
Our spring break ski trip was unexpectedly changed when my husband had to have emergency bypass surgery just a few weeks before our trip with our family. Our daughter, son-in-law and their kids were able to make it and loved the place! Said it was in the middle of everything you needed, but also very quiet. Checkin was delayed due to a wrong code for the condo, but was quickly corrected. I believe the only complaint was it was hard to locate the condo and the parking for the car was also hard to find and very limited parking. Overall, the kids gave it a five star rating!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, managed by AvantStay. The property is nice, although there were a couple of maintenance issues, the management company was quick to respond. It is very convenient to the slopes and comfy for a nice ski vacation.
