Clean and comfortable
The property was lovely. Mother nature's sunset in the backyard was the highlight of our trip. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice place to stay
It was what we needed and David was very responsive. Clean place and good location. Beds are creaky and bedrooms are very bright in the morning but everything else was great.

Great place to stay in Island Pond Vermont!
What a beautiful place! I highly recommend staying here. My daughter and I had an entire apartment with two bedrooms, a large kitchenette, a nice sitting area with a large TV, and a huge bathroom. It was so much better than a small hotel room and the price was amazing. The property is lovely and Dave, the owner and host was a pleasure to meet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location
This is our second time staying here. The owner keeps the place very clean. He created more parking space as well as added a full wrap around porch. The location is great...an easy walk into downtown Island Pond. The only downsides are the couch ( not very comfortable), no stove (only microwave and toaster oven), and the heat makes tapping noises. We will stay here again!
