Spacious 3 bedroom, sleeps up to 8 people. Clean, bright and sunlit living space.
5 minutes from beach and night life. 40 minutes from South Beach and MIA.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. Modern furniture, clean and spacious.

Fall in love with the heart of Hollywood as it is super close to festive downtown, art circle and the beach; all are within a few minute drive. Diagonally across from a tennis court and park.

Dec 2022 Hollywood stay

Little older property but nicely updated kitchen and living space. Exteriors need some updates but did not bother us. Pool area is beautiful. The pool heating took time and was slow but the owner tried his best. Weather was cooler so I guess it’s expected. Overall good stay.

the house was very dirty no air conditioning and there was no gas in the barbecue I never recommend anyone to rent this house

Didn't let the first impression ruin it for me.

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned. Property manager was very quick to respond and get the property cleaned immediately. What we considered basic supplies were not furnished-manager brought a can opener for us, but there were no pot holders, kitchen towels, measuring cups or spoons, and we were provided 6 bath towels for 8 guests. The propane for the grill was empty, resolved the next day by management. The description indicated this is perhaps a new listing so maybe they will take the suggestions and improve their furnishings for future renters. Location was great, beds were comfortable, a/c and heat worked, overall we enjoyed our stay.
