Nestled literally in breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains, this villa named "Desert Retreat" location in the community is prime and named perfectly. This relaxing villa comes with 2 Master Suites and an additional guest bedroom that sits close to a semi-private pool, a short stroll to the main clubhouse area and family pools. The private patio is located right next to the mountain where you can relax in the sun on loungers, and grill your favorite dishes on our outdoor electric BBQ and dine outside awaiting the sunset. 

This large open floor plan is designed for the entire family to enjoy and allows lots of privacy. The living area has a large comfy sectional to relax and watch your favorite TV, light a fire for the cooler desert winter nights or read your favorite book while looking at the mountains just outside your windows. The kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for those who want a quick bite to eat, a coffee station, and lots of kitchen dishware for those family dinners.  

The master suite offers a fireplace with access to the patio, his & her closet & sinks, large soaking tub and it is awaiting your arrival. Private Guest Ensuite sits on the opposite side of the Master, high ceilings, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king-size bed and a workstation for those who work remotely! The additional guest bedroom is set up with twin beds that can be converted to a King Bed (additional fee) with views of the lush landscaping grounds. Enjoy doing your laundry with a full-size washer & dryer, laundry room sink, and all the cleaning items needed.

Sit in the front patio area and watch the Birds, Roadrunners, Hummingbirds, Lizards, etc. while enjoying the amazing landscaping grounds. Just steps outside your Villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private saltwater pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including a dedicated lap pool, a tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, turtle fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Café and state-of-the-art fitness facility round out the spectacular Clubhouse at the heart of the resort. Home Sleeps 6 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate" but can accommodate up to 8 guests including children with an additional fee. With this fee it will include an air mattress, linens, towels, and extra cleaning. Air Mattress is NOT included unless paid for.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out- we can NOT accommodate any last-minute late check out's or in's unless paid for in advance. We try to ensure our homes are presented in the most best form, and with this the cleaners know they have till 4pm on arrival day to get home ready. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are "set" unless paid for. So if you are considering a either a late check out(5pm) or early check in (10am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 a nightly plus fees, taxes and processing. 

All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and no exceptions.
