** Beginning April 8, 2024, annual maintenance on storm shutters will be performed at all Doral units by Easy Shutters. They are estimating that it will take 7-10 days to do all 154 units. Please be aware that this preventive maintenance is required by the HOA, and all guests must allow entry.

Welcome to Beach Buzz, your perfect vacation destination. This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo located at The Beach Club. Situated on the 16th floor of the Doral building, Beach Buzz has a huge balcony that offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins roll by or your favorite drink as the sun settles into the horizon. You'll love this space, the condo, and all that the Beach Club has to offer.

Beach Buzz is the perfect spot for your next vacation! The Beach Club is a resort destination where you can come to get away from it all. There's a restaurant on site, plus a market, ice cream shop, food trucks, and tons of activities to keep the kids and family busy. There's even a salon & spa (a la carte fees apply) and golf courses nearby. You can search endlessly or book your stay now. This is where you need to be for a week of relaxation!

This beautiful, beachfront condo sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of twin bunk beds. The balcony has a brand new polywood dining set and unbelievable views.

Interior Appointments: 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), washer and dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Beds and baths are outfitted with high-end cotton linens.

Complex/Resort Amenities: Each building has an outdoor pool & hot tub. Also the resort has outdoor grills, 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade games, billiards, shuffleboard, golf simulator, ice cream shop, convenience store, chess, checkers, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, watersports rentals, beach chair rentals.

**Please note that this is a non-smoking complex. No smoking allowed on balconies or any common area at The Beach Club.**

Great time in the gulf

Beautiful place. Amazing veiws of the gulf. Dolphins seen. Clean and sandy beach. Beautiful pool. Lots of activities.

Great view

We had 5 adults in this condo. The bunk bedroom had 2 bunks and was very tight. Only 1 adult stayed in that room. No bedside table so we used a big storage tub. Queen bedroom needed another bedside table. We used luggage stand with a tray on top. All beds could use some better bedding. Three deck chairs were badly broken. We had a great trip and none of these things deterred it. Overall a good condo with a great view.

Nice stay

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean. There were 8 of us and was a tad bit crowded, but nothing we weren’t prepared for. Loved how spacious the balcony was, we probably spent the majority of our time out there! My only complaint is that the toilet in the half bath was extremely loud and ran almost all the time. It also started flooding into the condo through under the front door from a bad storm that blew through. These things wouldn’t keep us from staying again and would definitely recommend to others .
